We use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging for all optics and electronics. Orders are shipped via insured premium carriers like FedEx and UPS to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
Do all cameras and lenses come with a warranty?
Yes, all new products at Prizma-Foto include a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer an optional extended protection plan for accidental damage and sensor cleaning services.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the shutter count remains low and all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included to receive a full refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Prizma-Foto ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
